The precip cleared out faster than expected! Given the perfect WNWly conditions and the likelihood of stronger winds later today, we are starting HRDL up as soon as possible this morning and will take measurements through the evening, possibly to midnight or later if the winds hold. It will be a challenge to determine when to end the IOP if the winds hold up.
Late this afternoon or early this evening I'll put in my 2 cents worth on what I think will happen tonight. ... John b.
