IOP concluded

Winds have dropped to less than 5 m/s at the Windcube lidar and the Siemens turbine is not spinning (although the DOE 1.5 is spinning slowly). Given the uncertainty in the forecast, the need to analyze Thursday-Saturday am scans, and uncertainty of the status of the Siemens turbine, Bob and I decided to conclude operations. If winds pick up again, we may revisit this decision. We plan to have the conference call Monday morning and Wednesday morning, and meet Wednesday morning to review some HRDL results and determine if our scanning strategy is fulfilling our requirements.
