The winds have rotated to the SE already and so the TWICS IOP is now concluded. The forecast for the weekend is uncertain, but if the forecast for precipitation Friday night holds, we would not have an IOP at that time. The situation is evolving, however, so please stay tuned for John B's forecasts and join the call Friday morning for an update. The tower status is still evolving as well.
