IOP continuing until Th morning

Despite a (very odd) quiescent period around 2300 MDT, winds are now ideal, from the NW ~ 8 m/s. The IOP will continue until 0930 Thursday unless winds rotate to southerly or drop below 3 m/s again for an extended period of time.
