Everyone,
I am executing an 18Z Boulder Turbine run right now. It should be done in ~2 hours. I hope to post an updated windspeed plot to the TWICS blog.
From my brief look at the conditions, the timing of the wind shift and increase is hard to say, but it looks to me around 0300 MDT.
I just talked with Peter a moment ago. The turbine shutdown should occur tomorrow (Fri.) morning and Saturday morning, according to him.
